It is an exciting time in the Colorado Real Estate Market. I have always wanted to work with homes, the way some people always want to be a firefighter or an astronaut. In 2003 I attended the American Real Estate College here in Denver and received my license in early 2004.

We are in a new market and at this time it is rare to see a house sell in days and buyers are having a more difficult time qualifying. I see the market as it is and I believe I have an advantage over many others that still lamenting over the "good old days". I believe in being up front and doing my homework. When I list a home I have already researched the neighborhood and I know the price range in which homes are selling. I don't set my Sellers up for disappointment down the road by giving an inflated selling price to get the listing. I work with a lot of Short Sales, when a Seller starts missing payments I can help by working with the bank prior to foreclosure and often causing a lot less stress by solving the problem before foreclosure proceedings begin.

With Buyers the important thing is to do a little leg work before you begin. It is expected in this market to already be approved through a Lender before you start looking at homes. Gone are the days when you looked first, made an offer and then looked for a loan. I have the resources to put my Buyers in touch with honest and competent lenders so that when the house hunting begins we already know that when we walk through the door of the perfect home we are set to make an offer.

I work at Keller Williams Realty Professionals and absolutely love my colleagues and the friendly and warm environment. When I am not working I am spending time with my family and 5 furry pets. Being a Colorado family we enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, ice skating and skiing.
